Shipping policy

Last Updated: June 8, 2026

Thank you for ordering from CoolHill.

This Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, customs, failed deliveries, and shipping-related claims.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory delivery right that applies under consumer law.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for fulfilment after successful payment confirmation and any necessary payment or fraud review.

Processing times can vary depending on order volume, weekends and public holidays, promotional periods, inventory availability, payment verification, fraud or risk review, fulfilment-provider operations, and unexpected disruption.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Where a specific processing estimate is displayed at checkout, on the product page, or in the order confirmation, that estimate should be treated as an estimate unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

2. Order Changes After Purchase

Customers are responsible for checking their order and delivery information before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@seese.pro.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing, been packed, been transmitted to a fulfilment partner, had a shipping label generated, been transferred to a courier, or been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery windows may be shown at checkout, in order confirmations, shipping confirmations, or tracking information.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless CoolHill expressly states otherwise.

Delivery times can vary by destination, courier, customs, local delivery conditions, peak periods, weather, public holidays, and transportation disruption.

Any mandatory legal delivery deadlines or remedies remain unaffected.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number or link.

Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Temporary statuses such as "label created," "shipment information received," "awaiting carrier scan," "in transit," "customs processing," or "handed to local carrier" do not necessarily mean a parcel is lost.

5. Multiple or Split Shipments

Where necessary, items in the same order may ship separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates.

Delivery of one package does not necessarily mean another item is missing.

6. Accurate Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street, building/house number, apartment/unit, city, region, postal or ZIP code, country, and telephone number where required.

CoolHill is not responsible for avoidable delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Incorrect Address After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify the delivery address.

If a courier permits address correction or redirection, additional fees may apply.

Where the problem resulted from customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for those fees where legally permitted.

8. Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with the courier, including monitoring tracking, responding to courier communications, being available for delivery where required, collecting a parcel from a pickup point within the stated period, and providing customs or delivery information legitimately required.

Failure to cooperate may result in delay, failed delivery, or return to sender.

9. Refused Deliveries

Refusing a parcel does not automatically cancel the order.

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, the parcel may be returned to the sender or fulfilment facility.

Where legally permitted, reasonable outbound shipping, return-to-sender, handling, customs, or related costs may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Any mandatory statutory cancellation right remains unaffected.

10. Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is held for collection and the customer does not collect it within the carrier's required period, it may be returned.

An unclaimed parcel is not automatically treated as an approved return.

Where legally permitted, the customer may be responsible for costs reasonably incurred because the shipment was not collected.

11. Returned-to-Sender Orders

A parcel may be returned because of incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal, failure to collect, customs issues, failure to provide required delivery information, or unpaid customer import charges.

Where reshipment is possible, reasonable reshipping costs may be charged if the return resulted from circumstances for which the customer is responsible.

If a refund is otherwise due, unrecoverable shipping or return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

12. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT or similar taxes, brokerage fees, or local processing fees.

Unless checkout expressly states that CoolHill has collected or agreed to pay those charges, they are the customer's responsibility.

CoolHill does not control fees imposed by foreign customs or tax authorities.

13. Customs Delays

Customs processing may delay international shipments.

CoolHill cannot control customs inspections, documentation review, import clearance, or government processing times.

We will provide reasonable shipment information where available.

Mandatory rights arising from legally excessive delay remain unaffected.

14. Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported and used in the destination country.

This can be particularly relevant to products containing rechargeable batteries, electronic components, and charging equipment.

Where a restriction is known before shipment, CoolHill may refuse or cancel the affected order.

15. Delivery Status and Proof

Courier tracking, delivery scans, photographs, GPS data, signatures, and other carrier records may be used when investigating a delivery dispute.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check household members, reception/building staff, neighbours, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and any safe place identified by the courier where appropriate.

Contact us promptly if the parcel still cannot be located.

A carrier delivery scan does not override any mandatory legal right where reliable evidence establishes that legal delivery did not occur.

16. Lost Parcels

If a courier confirms that a parcel is lost, or tracking remains inactive for an unusually long period, contact support@seese.pro.

We may investigate with the carrier or fulfilment provider.

Where the parcel is confirmed lost before legal delivery has occurred, CoolHill will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

17. Damaged Parcels

If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and any product damage, then contact CoolHill as soon as reasonably possible.

We strongly request that visible transit damage be reported within 48 hours so evidence can be preserved for a courier claim.

This requested reporting period does not remove any statutory right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

18. Missing or Incorrect Products

If your order contains an incorrect product, incorrect colour, missing bundle component, or another fulfilment error, contact us promptly.

We may request photographs of everything received, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We may compare the claim against order, fulfilment, shipping, weight, and packing records.

Valid claims will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

19. Delivery to Safe Places or Authorized Persons

Where you instruct a courier to deliver to a safe place, reception, concierge, neighbour, or another authorized recipient, that delivery may be treated as delivery to your authorized location or recipient where permitted by law.

Customers should not nominate an insecure delivery location.

20. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes at the point required by applicable law.

Where consumer law provides that risk remains with CoolHill until the customer or an authorized recipient takes physical possession, CoolHill will follow that rule.

21. Delays Outside Our Reasonable Control

Shipping may be delayed by courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, political events, war or civil disturbance, government restrictions, strikes, public holidays, transportation disruption, supply-chain disruption, or local delivery disruption.

CoolHill is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Any mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, receive a replacement, or another remedy remains unaffected.

22. Shipping Costs and Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the shipping service has been properly performed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If CoolHill sends an incorrect, materially defective, or damaged product, CoolHill will bear shipping costs where required by applicable law.

For non-defective returns made under a statutory withdrawal right, direct return shipping may be the customer's responsibility where legally permitted.

See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

23. Shipping Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a shipment is lost, wrongly delivered, or materially delayed, contact CoolHill so we can investigate.

We may provide tracking, delivery information, carrier investigations, order records, and communications when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute a transaction.
